456 bd Terms & Conditions — Rules and Conditions of Use

1. General Terms & Eligibility

By accessing the 456 bd platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms are established in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and apply equally to all registered members. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform and must provide accurate identification. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. 456 bd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each user may create only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential and not to share them with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. 456 bd may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time, and the account may be restricted until verification is complete. The authority reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if false information is provided.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladesh's local currency, BDT, and must comply with the specified minimum and maximum limits. After a deposit is made, it is generally credited to the account instantly, though some payment methods may require additional processing time. Withdrawal requests are processed within the designated timeframe once the verification process is complete. If any suspicious transaction or money laundering attempt is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified. For any transaction-related disputes, please contact our support team and retain any necessary evidence.

4. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, software manipulation, or attempts to exploit the system on the platform are strictly prohibited. Collusion or coordinated cheating against other users will be considered a serious violation. Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform is prohibited, and any such incident must be reported immediately. Accounts engaging in hate speech, harassment, or disrespectful behavior toward other users will be permanently closed. Any form of cyberattack or unauthorized access attempt against 456 bd will be subject to legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

The 456 bd platform provides services on an "as is" basis and is not liable for any damages arising from technical disruptions or third-party service interruptions. If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues, the user bears sole responsibility. We are not liable for any damages related to third-party websites or services outside the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect or incidental damages will be limited. In the event of any dispute, the applicable laws of Bangladesh will govern.

6. Account Closure & Suspension

Users may voluntarily request to close their account at any time, and the support team will process the request in a timely manner. In the event of a terms violation, the authority may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will be processed subject to verification. Requests for self-exclusion or limit-setting under the responsible gaming policy will be actioned on a priority basis. Applicable provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in effect even after account closure.
